Should you feel the need to return your SoPhancy product, please contact us @ customerservice@sophancy.com.
Returns will be reviewed on a case by case basis.
In the United States:
.: Returns will be accepted for both defective and non-defective items.
.: Exchanges will NOT BE accepted.
.: Returns must be requested within 14 days of product receipt. Product receipt will be confirmed by postal tracking.
.: Products will only be accepted in NEW condition.
.: Products can be returned via USPS return label provided by SoPhancy.
.: There is no return stocking fee.
.: Refunds will be processed within 14 days of return receipt by SoPhancy.
